Data controller
Mlýn JUDr. L. Radimský, spol. s r.o., Za Šmatlíkem 990, Šeberov, 149 00 Prague, Czech Republic, IČO 45243263, VAT CZ45243263. This company is the controller responsible for the personal data described on this page.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to the authority where you live or work.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your session, cart and consent choice working; they are set without consent because the site cannot function without them. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to two years, and Google Ireland Limited acts as our analytics provider, with data transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "cookies" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf:
- Payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) — to take payment. They act as independent controllers for their own fraud-prevention and regulatory purposes.
- Google Ireland Limited — website analytics, only with your consent.
- Anthropic — when you email our support address, the recent messages in your support thread may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API so we can draft a reply. Drafts are always reviewed by a person before anything is sent to you; no reply is generated and sent automatically.
- VATComply — if you enter a business VAT number at checkout, that number is sent to the EU VIES service to be verified. Where VIES cannot be reached from our server directly, the check is relayed through vatcomply.com. Only the VAT number is sent; no other order or personal data accompanies it.
- Our hosting and email providers — to run the site and deliver messages.
- Public authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
Your further rights
In addition to access, rectification, erasure and portability, you have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, the right to request restriction of processing, and the right to withdraw any consent you have given — including for the newsletter and for analytics — at any time and without giving a reason. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew.
